This Victorian hotel with a uniquely themed restaurant presents functional accommodation within easy reach of the M1.
An ideal base for both business and leisure travellers, the comfortable hotel is complemented by a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, efficient service.
The hotel features individually designed en-suite rooms, a cosy bar and extensive conference facilities. The private banqueting suite is enhanced by the highest standard of service to ensure successful social and business events. The hotel does not have a lift.

Kabalou's is definitely somewhere very different to go. It successfully blends the distinctive flavours of Chinese and Indian cuisine in 2 exclusive menus. Together with a decorative blend of English, Egyptian and Asian cultures, the restaurant is designed to appeal to all. To grasp the cuisine is difficult without tasting, but imagine a dish of succulent chicken prepared and cooked in a Chinese style, but served Indian style.
By Car
From the M1 North:
- Exit at junction 22, onto the A50.
- After nearly 7 km, turn left onto the A46, then take the A5630, Anstey Lane.
- At the next roundabout, turn left onto the A563, Krefeld Way.
- After 3 km, turn right onto the A6030, Loughborough Road.
- The hotel is on the left.
From M1 South:
- Exit at junction 21, onto the A5460 towards Leicester for 5 km.
- Turn right onto the A47, to St. Augustine's Road, then left onto Vaugham Way.
- Continue straight onto the A6, Burleys Way.
- At the roundabout, exit onto the A607 (Belgrave Road) before bearing left onto Loughborough Road.
- The hotel is on the right.
